IMPORTANT NOTICE: All registrations and transactions on the Dynamic Exams platform are subject to a strict NO REFUND AND NO CANCELLATION policy. Please review this document carefully before making any payments.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All registration fees, examination fees, and any other charges paid on the Platform are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully processed and the payment is received by DPS Educational Society, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellations

Once an application or registration for an Olympiad examination is submitted and the corresponding payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Users are advised to carefully check all details, including selected subjects and personal information, prior to completing the payment.

3. Scope of Non-Refundable Scenarios

This strict no-refund policy applies universally. Refunds will not be provided in any of the following situations (including but not limited to):

  • The user's inability, failure, or personal choice not to participate in the scheduled Olympiad examination.
  • Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, power outages, or device malfunctions experienced on the user's end during the examination.
  • The user's dissatisfaction with the examination structure, curriculum, questions, or final results.
  • Disqualification or account suspension resulting from cheating, impersonation, malpractice, or any violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Withdrawal of consent for data processing under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, after the registration fee has been paid.

4. Duplicate Payments and Gateway Errors

The only exception to this policy is in the event of a verifiable technical error on the payment gateway resulting in a duplicate charge for a single registration.

In such rare instances, the user must contact our Grievance Officer within seven (7) days of the transaction, providing valid proof of the double deduction (e.g., bank statements or transaction IDs). Upon successful verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days.

5. Failed Transactions

If your payment is debited from your bank account or UPI but the registration is not marked as successful on our portal (due to network drops or payment gateway timeouts):

  • Please do not attempt a second payment immediately.
  • Wait for 24-48 hours. In most cases, the payment gateway (PhonePe) will automatically reconcile the transaction and reverse the failed amount back to your original payment method.
  • If the issue persists, please contact our support team with your Transaction ID.

6. Cancellations

We reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Olympiad due to unforeseen circumstances, technical emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

  • If an examination is rescheduled, all registered students will automatically be accommodated on the new date. No refunds will be provided for rescheduled exams.
  • In the highly unlikely event that DPS Educational Society permanently cancels a specific Olympiad without offering a rescheduled date, eligible registered students will be notified, and the management will decide the course of action regarding fee adjustments or refunds solely at their discretion.

7. Modifications to the Policy

DPS Educational Society reserves the right to amend, alter, or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes will be published on the Website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform and Services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
